About the Role

As Partner Designate, you will be a cornerstone of the firm’s continued success and expansion. You will lead and develop a significant portfolio of high-value clients, manage a team of up to seven professionals, and contribute directly to the strategic direction and business development of the practice.

This is a high-impact leadership position for a commercially minded, ambitious professional with the drive to progress to full Partner within a defined and realistic timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a substantial portfolio of clients across a range of sectors

• Lead, support and develop a team of up to 7 staff members

• Drive new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships

• Work closely with fellow partners on strategic initiatives and operational development

• Ensure the highest standards of technical delivery and client service

• Represent the firm with confidence and professionalism in the local and regional market

 
The Ideal Candidate

• Professionally qualified (ACA/ ACCA or equivalent)

• Minimum of 7 years' recent experience within UK accountancy practice

• Strong general practice background with broad technical knowledge

• Proven track record of portfolio management and team leadership

• Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development

• A polished and confident communicator, capable of engaging with clients, staff, and stakeholders at all levels
