The Role:

You will play a key part in leading the firm’s personal tax function, overseeing a broad portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, directors, business owners, and complex personal tax clients. This is a well-rounded role that combines core compliance responsibilities with substantial advisory and project-based work.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and reviewing personal tax compliance work

• Leading advisory projects (e.g., residence and domicile, CGT planning, trusts, succession planning)

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Supervising and mentoring junior staff

• Supporting the partners on strategic tax planning and business development initiatives

About You:

This role would suit:

• An experienced Tax Senior, Supervisor, or established Tax Manager looking for a fresh challenge

• Someone with ATT qualification and ideally studying towards CTA (or CTA qualified)

• A confident communicator with a strong technical grounding and a passion for delivering exceptional client service

• A team player who enjoys taking ownership and contributing to the wider success of the firm
