Management Accountant & Accounts Senior

My Client is a thriving, independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in the heart of Central London. The Role

They are looking for a Management Accountant / Accounts Senior who is technically strong, commercially minded, and client-focused. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, build relationships with exciting businesses, and contribute directly to a growing firm with big ambitions.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Handling year-end financial statements for a range of Ltd companies and groups
• Managing bookkeeping and VAT processes for key clients
• Leading client communications and acting as a trusted advisor
• Working across complex structures, including international operations and multi-entity groups
• Supervising junior staff and reviewing work, with scope to mentor and develop a small team

About You

• Is ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist, with at least 3 years’ UK practice experience
• Has a strong grounding in management accounts and statutory accounts preparation
• Is confident managing clients and thrives in a role that requires initiative and ownership
• Wants to be part of a firm where they can make a real impact
• Values working in a professional but friendly, collaborative team environment
