Portfolio Manager

The Role

As a Portfolio Manager, you will:

• Manage and develop your own client portfolio, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships.
• Lead on accounts, audit, outsourcing, and tax services, with a predominantly reviewing role and some hands-on involvement.
• Mentor, develop and inspire a small-to-medium sized team, ensuring the highest standards of client service.
• Take a leadership role in business development opportunities, driving growth and maximising cross-selling potential.
• Work closely with clients as a polished, credible communicator who can provide trusted advice and solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA/ACCA qualified with strong practice experience.
• Experienced in reviewing accounts, audit, tax and outsourcing work.
• A confident and engaging communicator, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Driven, ambitious, and excited to play a key role in business development and firm growth.
