Accounts Semi-Senior

We're working with a successful, family-owned accountancy practice in Sevenoaks, experiencing impressive organic growth of 7-8% year-on-year. With a loyal client base and an enviable reputation, this firm now needs a talented Accounts & Tax Semi-Senior to help support its continued expansion.

What’s the role?

You'll be joining a friendly, professional and lively team, producing a variety of work, including:

• Statutory year-end accounts for limited companies
• Review and preparation of sole trader and partnership accounts
• Personal and corporate tax compliance
• Liaising with clients and supporting the team with ad hoc queries

This isn’t just a "do-the-work-and-go-home" role — it’s a clear progression opportunity. You’ll be working towards becoming a Senior within 18 months, with support, mentoring, and the chance to step up as you grow in confidence and capability.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with a practice background, a good grasp of accounts and tax, and ideally studying towards AAT or ACCA/ACA (though experience counts too). You’ll have a good eye for detail, a personable manner, and be keen to take on more responsibility over time.
