The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing essential HR support across the charity, ensuring a smooth employee experience from recruitment through to day-to-day HR administration. The role is full-time role with hybrid working available following onboarding (typically 1–2 days per week from home).

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting adverts, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer documentation.
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from staff and managers.
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
- Assisting with payroll preparation and HR reporting.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Providing general HR administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Previous experience in an HR support or coordination role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes (desirable).
- CIPD Level 3 (desirable or working towards).
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Salary from £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working (1–2 days per week from home following onboarding).
