The Role

As a Corporate Finance Senior, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with experienced partners and directors, you will support transactions across mergers and acquisitions, disposals, valuations, due diligence, and strategic financial planning. This is a client-facing role requiring both technical excellence and strong interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting partners and managers in the delivery of a wide range of corporate finance assignments.

• Assisting in the preparation of business valuations, financial models, and due diligence reports.

• Contributing to the structuring, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions.

• Conducting detailed financial analysis and presenting findings to clients and senior stakeholders.

• Building trusted relationships with clients, intermediaries, and other professional advisers.

• Playing an active role in business development initiatives and networking opportunities.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least three years’ experience in Corporate Finance or within a professional practice environment. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and transaction processes, as well as the confidence and communication skills to engage with senior business leaders.
