Outsourcing Senior

Our client, a long-established and highly respected accountancy practice based in East Kent, is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Senior to join their dynamic and growing team. The Role

As an Outsourcing Senior, you will take responsibility for a varied and interesting portfolio of clients, ranging from sole traders and owner-managed businesses to complex group companies operating across a range of sectors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day outsourced finance functions for clients, including management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns

• Preparing insightful management information and supporting clients with commercial decision-making

• Overseeing and reviewing work completed by junior team members

• Ensuring all assignments are delivered accurately and on time

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact and proactive communication

About You

• You will be an ambitious, motivated professional with a strong background in accounting and outsourcing. The ideal candidate will be:

• AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part or fully qualified (or qualified by experience)

• Confident in preparing and reviewing management accounts and VAT returns

• Experienced in working with cloud-based systems (such as Xero or QuickBooks Online)

• Commercially aware, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines

• Keen to progress within a supportive and forward-thinking environment
