Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected and forward-thinking accountancy practice in Orpington who are seeking an Accounts and Audit Senior to join their expanding team. The Role

As an Accounts and Audit Senior, you will take ownership of a varied client portfolio across a range of industries, delivering high-quality accounts and audit services. You will work closely with managers and partners, contributing to the continued success of the firm while developing your technical and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing year-end financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders

• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion under manager supervision

• Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members

• Managing client relationships and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently

• Assisting with ad hoc advisory and project work as required

About You

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice

• At least 30% of your current role should involve audit work

• Part-qualified or qualified ACA/ACCA, or equivalent

• Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
