Tax Semi-Senior

We are delighted to be working with a thriving and highly regarded accountancy firm in Tunbridge Wells that is looking to add a Mixed Tax Semi-Senior to its well-established tax team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a second-jobber looking to build on their experience within a supportive and technically strong environment. You will benefit from exposure to a broad range of tax work, alongside genuine opportunities to develop your technical knowledge and progress your career.

The role

• Supporting a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients.
• Preparing and reviewing personal and corporation tax computations and returns.
• Assisting with tax advisory and planning work.
• Dealing with client queries and building strong relationships.
• Gaining exposure to a broad range of tax matters as your experience develops.
• Working closely with experienced managers and senior members of the tax team.

What we are looking for

• Ideally 2–3 years' experience within an accountancy practice.
• A solid grounding in both personal and corporate tax.
• ATT qualified, studying towards ATT/CTA, or keen to continue developing technically.
• Good communication skills and a genuine interest in working with clients.
• Someone ambitious, personable and keen to learn.
