Portfolio Manager

We’re working with a growing, ambitious, and proudly independent firm based in Ashford that’s looking for a Client Manager to join their expanding team.

You’ll take ownership of a modest but mixed portfolio of clients, with the clear expectation that it will grow steadily alongside your role. This is a real opportunity to make your mark and grow with a firm that’s investing in both its future and its people.

What the role looks like:

• Running and growing a varied portfolio of clients (accounts, tax, outsourcing, and management accounts)
• Reviewing and preparing work across a wide client base
• Mentoring and developing a small, close-knit team
• Working directly with the partners on client strategy, service delivery, and business development
• Playing a key part in shaping the firm’s future - and your own
