The Opportunity:

As Client Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in their client experience and internal operations. Acting as the key conduit between the partners and the wider team, you’ll oversee a portfolio of ambitious clients, ensuring smooth delivery of services while identifying opportunities for growth.

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients with a strong focus on service and relationship building
• Acting as a link between senior leadership and staff to ensure seamless delivery
• Preparing and reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, tax compliance, and overseeing bookkeeping processes
• Identifying opportunities to grow your fee base and deepen client relationships
• Supporting junior staff with mentoring and technical guidance

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified or QBE accountant with client-facing experience
• Strong working knowledge of cloud-based systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
• A proactive, commercially minded professional who loves helping businesses grow
• Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, modern working environment
