Client Manager

We’re looking for a driven Client Manager to take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of fast-growing, high-tech businesses. This is a unique opportunity to join a modern and progressive firm at an exciting stage of expansion, with a clear path for career growth and leadership development.

About the Role

As a Client Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for your clients, responsible for delivering high-quality service while proactively helping them grow. You’ll manage your own portfolio of fees, with the freedom and support to develop and expand it over time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of ambitious, fast-track clients, many in the tech and innovation sectors

• Overseeing tax compliance and preparing/reviewing management accounts

• Advising clients with insight and confidence, helping them make better business decisions

• Leading and mentoring a small team, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative culture

• Working closely with partners on strategy and business development initiatives

About You

You’re commercially minded, confident with clients, and excited by the idea of contributing to a firm that’s scaling quickly. You enjoy autonomy, thrive in a modern and forward-thinking environment, and are passionate about helping clients succeed.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong practice experience and a solid grounding in tax and accounts

• Is confident managing client relationships and developing new ones

• Has experience leading or mentoring junior team members

• Is proactive, ambitious, and growth-oriented
