About the Role:

As Audit Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse and engaging portfolio of commercial clients, ranging from £5 million to £100 million in turnover (with most between £5 million and £30 million). You will lead and develop a high-performing team of up to five professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits while fostering a collaborative and client-focused approach.

Working closely with partners and directors, you will be a key part of the senior leadership team, playing a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across a wide range of industries

• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion

• Supporting, mentoring, and developing a team of up to five audit professionals

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels

• Contributing to business development and continuous improvement within the firm

• Working with a high degree of autonomy, while having access to senior support when needed

About You:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with strong audit experience, ideally gained in a UK practice environment

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead successful audit teams

• Commercially minded with strong communication and leadership skills

• Driven, proactive, and ready to contribute at a senior level
