Treasury Manager

About The Company:
Our client is an established international business operating across multiple sites and regions, with revenues and operations spanning several currencies. The group has a strong market presence and continues to grow through international expansion and operational investment. To support this complexity and continued growth, the business is seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to strengthen financial control and risk management on a global scale.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to take ownership of the group’s treasury operations across its international footprint. This role will manage cash, liquidity, banking relationships, and foreign exchange exposure, ensuring robust financial risk management and efficient use of capital. Working closely with senior finance leadership, the Treasury Manager will play a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash & Liquidity Management – Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
• Foreign Exchange – Manage multi‑currency exposures, execute FX hedging strategies, and monitor currency risk.
• Banking Relationships – Maintain and develop relationships with international banking partners, negotiating facilities and services.
• Working Capital – Support optimisation of working capital across the group, collaborating with finance and operational teams.
• Treasury Reporting – Prepare regular treasury reporting, cashflow forecasts, and risk analysis for senior leadership.
• Controls & Compliance – Maintain strong treasury controls, policies, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Systems & Process Improvement – Support enhancements to treasury processes, systems, and cash visibility across the group.

Desirable Skills:

• Qualified accountant, treasury qualification (ACT), or equivalent experience
• Proven treasury experience within an international, multi‑currency environment
• Strong understanding of cashflow forecasting, FX, and risk management
• Experience managing banking relationships across multiple jurisdictions
• High level of Excel and treasury systems proficiency
• Detail‑focused, analytical, and confident working with senior stakeholders
