The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to take ownership of the coordination and day-to-day management of a varied commercial property portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running, compliance, and ongoing performance of the assets.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a close-knit, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships
- Managing tenant queries and maintaining strong occupier relationships
- Supporting with service charge budgets and expenditure tracking
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Liaising with external agents, surveyors, and contractors
- Assisting with lease administration and general property documentation
- Previous experience in commercial property management or coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of property compliance and maintenance processes
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
- Salary from £30k – 35k.
