The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to take ownership of the coordination and day-to-day management of a varied commercial property portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running, compliance, and ongoing performance of the assets.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a close-knit, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships
• Managing tenant queries and maintaining strong occupier relationships
• Supporting with service charge budgets and expenditure tracking
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations
• Liaising with external agents, surveyors, and contractors
• Assisting with lease administration and general property documentation

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in commercial property management or coordination
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of property compliance and maintenance processes
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team

Salary & Benefits

• Salary from £30k – 35k.
