Outsourcing Senior

I am seeking an Outsourcing Senior to join a prestigious East Kent firm of accountants in their expanding team. This is a key appointment within a highly regarded practice that has built its reputation on long-term client relationships and exceptional technical standards.

Role Overview

You will work closely with a broad portfolio of established owner-managed businesses, taking responsibility for delivering a full outsourced finance function. Key aspects of the role include:

• Managing bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and taking accounts through to trial balance

• Producing high-quality management accounts to support informed decision-making

• Providing clients with commercial insight and guidance on strategic direction

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for business owners and maintaining strong client relationships

• Ensuring high standards of accuracy, reporting, and communication across your portfolio

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of practice experience within an outsourced or client-service environment

• Strong technical grounding across bookkeeping, accounts, and management reporting

• Confident in managing your own portfolio and working directly with clients

• Ability to interpret financial information and offer practical advice

• Commitment to building a long-term career within the East Kent area
