The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Management Accountant to play a key role in providing critical financial insight to support operational and strategic decision‑making. You will be involved in all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate recording of accounting entries across AR, AP, GL, treasury, and revenue recognition.
  • Prepare monthly accounting adjustments including prepayments, accruals, and fixed asset movements.
  • Assist in producing monthly management accounts, including variance and bridge analysis.
  • Support KPI reporting, investigate discrepancies, and present recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and reconcile revenue streams, investigate issues, and improve billing processes.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and medium‑term planning activities.
  • Support purchasing procedures, statutory audit processes, and tax and VAT submissions.
  • Maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Fully qualified or part‑qualified accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience beneficial.
  • Experience engaging with audit teams and working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability in changing environments.
