 This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in shaping and supporting HR strategy across multiple sites.

 The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent HR Business Partner to join the organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will work closely with heads of departments and senior managers, providing HR guidance and support across all types of employment, including permanent, contract, and volunteer staff.

This is a hybrid role, but it does require frequent travel between sites to effectively business partner with teams and senior stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive HR business partnering to department heads and senior managers.
  • Advise on all aspects of employment, including permanent, contract, and volunteer staff.
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Assist with performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Drive engagement and retention initiatives across the organisation.
  • Contribute to HR strategy and support organisational development projects.
  • Support senior management with change management initiatives as required.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR professional.
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce including permanent, contract, and volunteer staff.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple sites.
  • Experience in a growing or multi-site organisation (desirable).
 Benefits
  • Salary: up to £52,000 per year (depending on experience).
