 Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Adviser or similar, ideally specialising in employee relations casework.

  • Experience managing grievance, disciplinary, and absence management cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple cases.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to provide practical, clear advice.
  • Local to the area to allow regular site visits.
 Benefits
  • Salary: competitive, based on experience.
  • 6-month fixed-term contract.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility across the week.
  • Supportive and professional HR team.
  • Opportunity to work hands-on with employee relations casework and contribute to consistent HR practices across the business.
