Client Manager

We're working in partnership with a prominent and forward-thinking practice that is looking to hire a high-performing Client Manager to take ownership of a diverse and established portfolio of clients—ranging from growing SMEs to high-value owner-managed businesses.

This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to manage a talented team, play a vital role in the firm’s continued growth, and work alongside a dynamic and supportive senior leadership team.

The Role

This is a genuinely varied and rewarding position, with a balance of hands-on work, technical review, people leadership, and client development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a mixed portfolio of fees, including accounts, tax, and outsourced services

• Leading and mentoring a medium-sized team of part and fully qualified staff

• Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and outsourced finance deliverables

• Taking a hands-on role in complex assignments where required

• Playing a central role in business development, contributing to growth through networking, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities

• Maintaining and strengthening key client relationships through high-quality service and proactive advice
