Accountancy Practice - Private Client Supervisor

We are working with a highly regarded and well-established East Kent based accountancy practice that is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Supervisor as part of its continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced personal tax professional who is keen to progress their career within a supportive, partner-led environment.

The role will include:

• A varied portfolio of private clients, covering a mix of personal tax compliance and advisory work

• Involvement in technical and project-based assignments led directly by partners

• Exposure to planning work including HNW individuals, trusts, estates and complex tax matters

• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

• Around 3+ years’ personal tax experience gained within an accountancy practice

• ATT and CTA qualification (or CTA finalist with strong progress)

• Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercial, client-focused approach

• A genuine desire to progress and take on increased responsibility

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with partners
