Temporary School Finance Assistant

My client, a long-established school based just outside Robertsbridge, are looking to recruit a School Finance Assistant to join their expanding finance team on a temporary basis for the next 2 or 3 months.

Working under the close tutelage of the Finance Manager, this role will oversee the day-to-day invoicing cycle for the school, including all relevant financial administration around invoice and payment processing, journals and monthly bank account reconciliations. Strong accounts payable and receivable experience are essential for this role.

Applications are sought from individuals’ part or fully AAT qualified, with school’s experience preferred, but similar experience outside of the sector would be considered.

You must have access to your own transport due to the location of the school.

My client is looking to fill this role as a matter of urgency so you must be available immediately or at short notice.
