The Role:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our client’s expanding division. This role will play a key part in supporting commercial teams, driving performance and strengthening financial decision-making. As the organisation continues to grow into new markets, this position offers excellent opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Partnering – Provide proactive financial support, challenge and insight to commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and robust assumptions.
• Financial Analysis – Deliver variance analysis, performance reviews, margin management, and ad-hoc insights to support strategic decisions.
• Reporting – Prepare monthly review packs, commentary, bridge statements and presentations for senior leaders.
• Controls & Compliance – Maintain strong financial controls, support internal and external audits, and ensure accurate documentation in line with company policies.
• Additional Responsibilities – Support currency assessments, rebate calculations, funding requests and wider project activity.
Desirable Skills:
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience
• Experience in management accounting or commercial finance
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-finance teams
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to a fast-paced environment
