With continued expansion, they’re now looking to appoint a Finance Assistant in their Aylesford office.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on finance role offering broad exposure across the department. While the position is primarily focused on accounts payable, you’ll also support areas such as credit control, reconciliations, invoicing and day-to-day banking.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier and customer invoices
- Managing subcontractor payments and reconciliations
- Supporting the Finance Manager with reconciliations and process documentation
- Assisting with bank reconciliations, daily cash reporting and intercompany movements
- Investigating and resolving customer payment queries
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Supporting staff expenses, company credit cards and payment imports
- Assisting with ad-hoc finance projects as required
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Confident, polite and professional telephone manner
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Calm, positive and professional approach under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset
