The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Administrator to join the finance team. This is a full-time, office-based role (8am–5pm, Monday to Friday) based in Greenwich. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Credit Controller with high-volume data entry and processing.
• Ensuring purchase orders are accurate and properly recorded.
• Collating and maintaining evidence of completed work for client payment processing.
• Uploading documents – including worksheets, photos, and supporting files onto client portals.
• Keeping records fully updated so the Credit Controller can focus on payment collection.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Strong IT skills, with confidence using Excel (including XLOOKUPs), systems, and document uploads.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment.
• Ambition to progress into a Credit Controller role in the future.
