Accounts and Outsourcing Semi-Senior

We are working with a rapidly expanding, multi-site general practice with a strong presence across South Kent, who are now seeking an Accounts & Outsourcing Semi-Senior to join their Ashford office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practice professional looking to build depth and breadth in their experience while working within a progressive and well-structured firm that continues to invest in its people and systems.

The Role

You will play a key role within the accounts and outsourcing team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. The position offers a strong mix of compliance and client-facing work, with increasing responsibility as you progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of management accounts and year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies

• Delivery of outsourced accounting services, including bookkeeping and VAT returns

• Working with cloud-based accounting software

• Liaising directly with clients and responding to day-to-day queries

• Supporting senior team members and managers on larger assignments

Candidate Profile

• Currently working at semi-senior level within an accountancy practice

• Solid experience in accounts preparation and outsourcing services

• Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines

• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach

• Studying ACA, ACCA, or equivalent (or open to study support)
