The role

• Preparation and review of management accounts for a portfolio of key clients

• Working closely with business owners and senior stakeholders to interpret financial performance

• Providing meaningful commentary, analysis, and forward-looking insight

• Reviewing work produced by junior team members while remaining technically hands-on

• Supporting partners with high-value client relationships and ongoing advisory work

The ideal candidate

• Fully qualified management accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

• Strong experience producing and reviewing management accounts within practice or a client-facing environment

• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with senior clients and explaining complex financial information clearly

• Commercially astute, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
