Accountancy Practice - Accounts Senior

As a long-established and rapidly expanding independent firm of accountants in Tonbridge, we are seeking a highly capable Accounts Senior to join our team. This is an opportunity to become part of a respected practice with a clear, structured route of progression and a genuine pathway to Partner for the right individual.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the production and review of high-quality statutory accounts, supporting a diverse and engaging portfolio of clients. You will work closely with business owners, senior stakeholders and internal teams, contributing to a consistently high standard of service. The position also offers exposure to outsourced finance work, providing variety and the chance to broaden your skill set.

We are looking for:

• A minimum of four years’ experience within an accountancy practice

• Strong technical competence in accounts preparation and review

• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering work to deadline

• A proactive approach, commercial awareness and the ambition to advance within the firm
