Farrer Barnes has 2x exclusive vacancies for Project Administrators based on the outskirts of Maidstone.

About the role:

This role will focus on projects within the finance dept of the company. The following is their breakdown of the responsibilities of the role:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Monitor project progress and manage issues that may arise
  • Work with 3rd party consultants testing and tracking development progress
  • Work with the Lead of Finance Projects and work stream leads to remove blockers and barriers to ensure progression of project work
  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation
  • Attending regular calls with support partners to discuss the progress of projects
  • Support departments through transition and transformation with assessments, training and guidance

About the person:

The person we are seeking needs to be organised and a good communicator, with a very strong administration background.

Finance experience is beneficial but not an absolute requirement.

Experience of working within a projects team is preferred.
