Activities & Events Officer
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Start: November (or sooner so there can be a handover period)
Role: Permanent & Full Time
Our client is one of the leading providers of private sixth form education in the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an Activities & Events Officer to join the Administration team in November.
As Activities & Events Officer you will support the Head of Administration and Director of Studies to maximise the development of extracurricular activities and social events at the College.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing activities for A-Level and Middle School students.
You must ensure that all paperwork for activities and academic trips is properly prepared.
You will work with staff and students to promote activities with the view to having no empty spaces on the activities.
It is the belief of the College that all students should participate in activities.
You will be expected to come up with new ideas on how to promote activities to improve the school extracurricular activities
The ideal candidate will be educated at degree level although this is not essential and preferably some experience with private education, but again this is not essential.
Because the role involves as much personal interaction as data-driven numerical work, the ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills.

Contract: Full time and Permanent
Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm or 8am-5.30pm (can be flexible possibly)
