HR & Operations Manager
Salary: £41,000 - £43,000
Our client is all boys school based in the heart of London. They are currently seeking to appoint a HR & Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an Education setting. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and you must be willing to take on admissions and administration responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop their experience and skills in an organisation’s business operations, potentially with a view to becoming an Operations Director/Chief Operating Officer.
The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy environment and provide efficient and high-quality support to the Finance and Resources Director in a variety of school functions, including management of human resources and the student admission process.
The post holder will also be required to provide support and develop skills/experience in other operational areas including involvement in the current site redevelopment project.
