My unique client is a South West London based school, looking to bring in an experienced Executive Assistant to join an expanding team.

Working closely and supporting both the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects school administration and ensuring governance and compliance requirements are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for governance meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining statutory records
• Responsible for ensuring that all policies are maintained, updated, approved, and shared
• Responsible for liaising and communicating with senior staff and governing bodies
• Providing strategic administrative support

 Desirable Skills:

• Basic understanding of the purpose, value and principles of governance
• Experience of developing new or improving administration processes
• Confident in influencing senior colleagues in the application of rigorous processes
• Executive Assistant experience within a commercial environment
