Supporting the Finance Business Partner, this role plays a key part in providing accounting and management information into the group.

Main Tasks include
 

1. Manage and control of the cash flow forecasting module, ensuring that actuals match the accounting system, and that forecasts are accurately reflected within the module
2. Manage and assist with collating monthly management packs, preparation of monthly management accounts, updating development appraisals and preparing monthly forecasts with variance analysis.
3. Assists in the preparation, and development of ad hoc management reports
4. Work with the FBP in preparation of commercial analysis of key financial data to influence regional decision making.
5. Work with the FBP in the preparation of monthly board meeting packs and challenge/ develop quality of information.
6. Undertakes other ad hoc duties as, and when, required.
