Advertised Search

Where advertising is required we recommend and book the  appropriate media, provide professional copy writing service and handle all  response and applicant queries. All responses are screened before thorough  enterprising of appropriate candidates begins. Once all suitable candidates have  been interviewed a screened shortlist is presented for selection. We then  manage the arrangements and follow up each interview ensuring swift and  constructive feedback at each stage. At the point at which a candidate is  chosen, again, we can manage all the aspects of offer and acceptance and remain  is close contact with all parties through to a successful conclusion.

Targeted Search

Where a position is  of a particularly senior or sensitive nature or where a limited number of  potential candidates exist we offer a targeted search. This involves analysis  of potential candidates from a variety of sources followed by approaches in a  manner that guarantees discretion and genuine interest.
